Q: What kind of results will I see?

A: The results of waist training depend on many factors. Here are just a few:

Genetics also play a major role in your weight loss journey. For example, if there are two people of the same weight/height, eating the same food, workout and do everything else the same, their results will still differ because everyone's genetics are different. 

Q: Will this product work for my lower tummy area as well?

Q: Can I sleep in my waist trainer?

A: It is recommended not to sleep in any compression garment, some people will. It is not advised because your body must have a break from waist training.

Q: How do I care for the garment?

A: Your waist trainer should be hand washed only, as any other method will potentially ruin the garment. Wash the garment at the least once a week, depending how often you wear it.
